No that is illegal. And why would you post such a question when the RIAA has announced they are monitoring such forums as this, in order to prosecute more people for music piracy? Copyright infringement carries large fines, it is much cheaper for you to buy the music you want. More honest also.
Why would you want to steal from others.

Why don't you look for a site where you can download the whole record shop? It sounds like that's what you want !
Oh - and don't worry about any payments to the artists, arrangers, musicians and all the production staff, the manufacturers and all the people you're trying to rob from quite openly will you - and that's before we start on about the copyright law.................
