you mean Phils joining United States? Will Washington allow it? I doubt it. Consider this, Philippine population at 82 million is about 25% of the US population. Of this 82 million people, how many senators and congressmen will represent them in the US Congress? Imagine the lobbying power of a Filipino bloc in the Congress. I think it's a big NO.
