I have been trying to find my two cousins for a number of years. I am researching my family tree and wish to share information with them. I have never had any contact with them so have little to go on. I know their names (or did before marriage). I have tried all the usual sites ( friends/genes, etc). My male cousin does not show up on a name search ( he has an unusual christian name). How do I search out of UK as I wonder if he has emmigrated. Thanks.

Try using some search sites for other countries too, like I know in Canada you can use www.411.ca, in New Zealand its www.whitepages.co.nz - so just try looking on international directory sites for your cousins name.

If all else fails, try calling the international operator, and give them a last name and possible country of residence.
GOOD LUCK!

Have your tried via the Census reports? You could also post a note on the Friends site asking if anyone knows of them. If you know the area in which they lived or went to school that info could help. Best of luck, I know it is difficult as I have also lost trace of my grandmother!!!
