i believe yes,my heart aches in the thought of the one that i love,because he lives far across the universe and we cant be together,although i feel happy because i will get to talk to him in a while!

You have to be 'versatile' in your emotions fo achieving this joy. Biologically it is not possible, because when your heart aches, you will cry! Only saints can feel joyful about this.
Emotionally maybe there is a very rare possibility.
Poetically you can say anthing is possible.
In reality it is not possible.

Yes, because the more joy and laughter you have the more you forget about the ache and the more your body reacts to the laughter which is good for you.

oh yes. u see when u have a broken heart it is always there but then u see ur friends/family or whatever happends fills u with joy but ur heart is still aching but not as visibally

yeah... i am joyful at the moment because i am 24 weeks into my pregnancy, but i am absolutly miserable that my husband is in iraq.. it hard... and it sucks... but i love my daughter and she deserves me to be happy about her.. but i love my husband and i hate the seperation and him not being here with us..
