They don't usually - it's a five-hour-plus live broadcast. There's a chance it might be on the cable repeats, but I wouldn't know for sure.
Odds are there'll be various programmes showing the "best bits" again, though.

No it is never repeated but in a few weeks time when all monies are totalled they usually show the highlights in a short programme. To be honest what we saw, it was'nt up to much this year.
