If I sell something in eBay, i want to post the item to the buyer...
any post service or speed post company can recommend. and how is the charges like ? I am going to post the item locally , in singapore

Use the Singapore equivelant to Royal Mail and make sure you send it recorded so you can track it if it goes missing!

You cant sell the item if he paid you for it. You have to send him the item. Whatever reason his account was closed does not alter the fact that he paid you, so you cannot keep his money and the item too. Whats wrong with you? If you don't want to deal with him, send him his money back and sell it to someone else but that is fraud to keep his money and not ship him what he paid you for. He could contact Ebay about you and you could lose your account.
