I didn't know my partner when she first farted in a public place. I didn't meet her until almost 20 years later.

My partner has never done it. But imagining that he did do it, I'd say, "Excuse us!", smile kindly, pat his back and carry on with whatever we were doing. I don't think anyone would break wind in public unless they really couldn't help it even after exercising control. It is excusable as long as it is not something they just do all the time...lol.

*** he still hasn't. i've been w/ him for 4 yrs now and the only time he'll even do that around me is when he's fast asleep. don't get me wrong...he hasn't always been that way. i just think it's gross and he's respected that.
