I need an engineer in South Wales UK who can service Mixing machines.?

I have just become a manager at a Pattisserie and the mixing machines need a service I cant find a suitable engineer. My boss is so mean he wont spend a lot of cash, but if I dont get it done I will be for the high jump.

Look on the machine for the manufacturers name and model number, then do search for their service department or uk agent. Or ask at a local catering equipment specialist, who may even have been the original supplier.
