Getting the original colour of the skin?

Hai fela guys and gals
May b a usual qsn...but i need som answers.I was pretty fair during ma 12th grade...now i m doin ma final year UG. i got fade after getiin out a lot pf expose to the sun.Is ther ne way can u sugest me to get bak to ma original color.

avoid exposing ur skin too much 2 the sun.
use a sunscreen lotion/cream wen gng out

Dip ur self in a bath full of yoghurt for at list 1 hr
