Go to a tanning salon that has a face tanner, that or use a bronzer on your face.

It is normal for the skin on your face to be lighter than the rest of your body. If you use a moisturizer, it is possible that it has an SPF, which would also keep your face from tanning. Make up is honestly your best option, as the sun can seriously damage your face. Sure you'll look tanned, but in a few years, your skin will age and just won't look healthy in general. If make-up is too heavy for you, try using a tinted moisturizer and a little bronzer.

Why do you want a tan on your face? Tanning is dangerous and bad for your skin. It'll give you premature wrinkles too. Just because it's "in" doesn't necessarily make it attractive. I would stick to bronzing powder and blush.

They say moisturiser helps tanning.

Do you wear make-up on the tanning bed? It might stop the ultra-violet from getting to the skin.
