i like were the 3 witches fly off to go to the cemetry,
because the boss witch gets on a broom
the witch with long blonde hair gets on a mop
and the fat witch gets on a hoover
oh and dont answer if you have no best bit or has not seen the film.

I liked the part where Sarah Jessica Parker (I did not realize that was her when I first saw it, probably because I was maybe ten) is calling the children. "Come little children, I'll take thee away, into a land of enchantment..." I also like the sparkling green light when Winifred explodes. Dang, I may have just ruined the movie for some. I also like it when Winifred says, "Hello, I want my book." and then repeats it in French.

I love Hocus Pocus. My favourite bit is when the kids trick the three witches into the furnace in the school. Winifred comes out speaking French.

I've seen it. The one with the jet black cat whom was once a village boy,right? Then the story went by a Virgin woke the witches up on the Halloween Day.(and it's a boy, not girl...)
Oldies but very fun..
I like that silly fat witch who eat everything....
And at the end was quite nice that the cat's sister have been waiting for her brother for long long time.

Loved the film - but I saw it so long ago that it is hard to remember the favourite bit - the film was so good that it is hard to choose! I can still remember, though, that my children were still quite young when we watched it and that it was so well written that adults were kept interested by the 'fruitier bits' between eldest boy and girl - which went above the heads of the children.
I must get that film out and watch it again! Thank you for reminding me!

Except for Pirates of the Caribbean, this is the ONLY live action Disney flick one can stand to watch more than twice! :D *lol*
Any scene with Sarah Jessica Parker playing Uber-Blonde is my favorite scene. lol

My favourite bit is when Billy uses Max's knife to cut the stitching sewing his mouth shut and tells 'Winnie' what he thinks of her (she poisoned him and sewed his mouth shut after catching him with her sister Sarah), after chasing them throughout the movie as he wasn't really a bad guy.

we watch it all the time , we love it all but our best bit is when sarah jessica parker sings that song, Come little children i'll take thee away! its wicked and we all have a little sing song to it!
