There is one thing that you have to remember; Every girl is diffrent; a normal menstral cycle for one girl could be something completely diffrent for another. Along the same lines as a girl who may be pregnant. One girl may have morning sickness another might not just depends. Here are some things that may help you understand the symptoms:
PMS has been characterized by more than 150 symptoms, ranging from mood swings to weight gain to acne. The symptoms vary from woman to woman and cycle to cycle. For some women, the symptoms may be mild or moderate, and for others, they may be so severe as to be incapacitating. Common symptoms include the following:
-Mood-related ("affective") symptoms: depression, sadness, anxiety, anger, irritability, frequent and severe mood swings
-Mental process ("cognitive") symptoms: decreased concentration, indecision
-Pain: headache (e.g., menstrual migraine), breast tenderness, joint and muscle pain
-Nervous system symptoms: insomnia (sleeplessness), hypersomnia (sleeping for abnormally long periods of time), anorexia (loss of appetite), food cravings, fatigue, lethargy, agitation, a change in sex drive, clumsiness, dizziness or vertigo, paresthesia (prickling or tingling sensation)
-Gastrointestinal symptoms: nausea, diarrhea
Fluid and electrolyte symptoms: bloating, weight gain, oliguria (reduced urination)
-Palpitations (rapid fluttering of the heart), sweating
-Skin symptoms: acne, oily skin, greasy or dry hair
Here are some to help with pregnancy:
-Delay of Menstruation
-Nausea and vomiting
-Tender or swollen breasts
-Feeling exhausted or "sleepy"
-Backaches
-Frequent headaches
-Food cravings
-Darkening of areola (breast nipple) ((usually happends 1- 14 weeks after conceptions and then throughout pregnancy))
I truely hope this helps and Good LUCK! I would also recommend maybe getting a pregnancy test done at the doctors office just to be sure. Can never be to sure.

PMS will make your breast sore or tender but darkening of the areola is an early sighn of pregnancy. If you are a week overdue I suggest taking a home pregnancy test.
Also you may notice little goose bumps on your areola surrounding your nipples.

For me, I didn't get any pregnancy symptoms until about two weeks after my missed period. Usually your areolas don't get darker until later in pregnancy. Everybody is different though and I felt like I was going to get my period (cramps, fatigue, and sore boobs) but turned out I was pregnant.

Is that normal for the woman? If it is, maybe just PMS. Breast changes are the first sign of pregnancy for many women, though.
