UK release date and price of sonys playstation 3?

after adding a article about the playstation 3 on my website stating that the uk release price of the ps3 was £425 (roughly) i had complaints telling me i was wrong. i have check over and it looks like i was right. i am still getting complaints though so i want to know once and for all. what is the uk release price of the ps3?

i am not interested in buying one as i know about all the errors and stuff it has come across, i just want to check if i have my prices right on my website

The latest release date i have seen out there is the 7th of march, lets hope they don't delay again though, but the price varies depending on where you look, from the price you stated around £425, upto price of £550, with 3 games, so not too sure on the official stance on price, and in all honesty i doubt sony know either, lol,

i'm not indignant. i do not want to purchase any of the subsequent-gen consoles at launch. i want to attend till the airborne dirt and dust has settled, lots extra video games are out and expenses have dropped. it is possibly a foul bypass for Sony as they gained't make a Christmas launch in Europe. yet they have nonetheless were given some thing of the global to promote them in and that i wager it is going to propose hardware shortages are a lot less probable elsewhere. regrettably it does supply Microsoft a probability to develop their foothold. i does not have were given a PS3 at Christmas besides - they'll be so severe priced on launch that i for my area couldn't have adequate money to purchase myself one and no individual else would get me one! through next Christmas the cost would have dropped and there'll be no probability of shortages. in case you want a sparkling console this Christmas - get a Wii with Zelda!

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't buy one. I read that they can't play some of the older games. Save you money.
