U mean if we are worried about death? Yes, I am, but look at it this way: I can die everyday from a stupidity: hit by a crazy drunk driver, hit in the head by something thrown from the 10th floor by some fools, just falling down and hitting my head, etc etc etc. If we're to die, we die! Anywhere and anytime. Of course we are worried, its just that we are not worried for ourselves, but for our families and dear ones! If God want the human race extinct, there is not a single thing we can do. So try to be better, kinder and less hateful, that's our chance.

You are referring to the apophis asteroid? You know there is no special probability of that one striking the Earth, right? Its a 1 in 45,000 chance of an impact, which is actually only slightly above average compared to all the other junk out there that whizzes by without hitting us. And its only about 200m in diameter, which is too small to be a threat to the whole planet but might take out Rhode Island or something.

I will be 35, unless another equally likely asteroid gets me first.

I will be 46. i am not especially worried as by then I am sure we will have found a way to either destroy the asteroid or deflect it off course enough so it misses Earth.

There was a similar asteroid scare not long ago, but it turned out that NASA estimates were wrong and it missed us by a fair amount. So I don't think we should start panicking just yet

I'll be 60 and yes I will be worried at the time. Maybe by then the Americans would have worked out a way to save us all just like in Independence day.

I will be 61..and no I wont be worried. We are all terminal from the day we are born...so I plan to live each day as if it's my last! Hopefully by then I will have had a gr8 life and then I can "go" happily knowing I made the most of my life when I was able to......Thanx for giving me something to think about though... :)

I'll be well past caring by then, even if I am still around. Probably more senile than cynical.
It's the one that's going to hit us out of the blue, maybe the day before tomorrow, that worries me.
On top of that I didn't even get a share of last night's Euro-millions jackpot!
Depressed......who....me?

I will be around 53 or something and I will not be bothered at all...that is of course if someone doesn't let off a nuclear bomb sooner and the asteroid will probably miss anyways
