why dont you write her a poem or take her to the movies?
buy her some flowers, or simply be there for her as a friend. The more time she spends with you, the more she might end up loving and trusting you too.

You should read some of the girls questions, then you would see the problem that you are having is one that they have to At 16 you should be putting your time into your school work and just talking to the other gender. This is how relationships start, girls are afraid to make the first move. Try Talking First get to know each other. The worst that can happen is she will chew your face off.
