Congrats Congrats!!
No your stitches are the kind that dissolve they don't even require being removes by the doctor how ever remember that you are healing and you need to rest.

If you are really worried about it go see the doctor. You really don't want anything to not heal quite right in that area. 4 days just seems a little too soon for stitches to be coming out. Mine just melted away but to tell you the truth I have no idea how long that took.

No. I had a few stitches when I had my baby, and I don't remember ever having them taken out. I think they either fell off or "melted" away. As long as your tear is not infected or bleeding, you're ok.

Congratulations about your baby!

Well, I went back to the docs so he could take them out! I don't know if any of them fell out! I was scared to move and stuff. I got infected, so keep it clean!

GOOD LUCK! & CONGRATS!
