Why USA whites fares better in everthing they lay their hands on?

Well that has to do with a combination of history, human nature and pure and simple discrimination.

Let's examine those one at a time:
1. History - the USA was created by white men therefore white men gained power and control from the beginning. It is always difficult for another race to gain power when one race has complete control. Btw, this also applies to gender.
2. Human nature - when any one race gets into power, it is human nature to want to keep power within that one race.
3. Discrimination - there have actually been a few studies on this that were used to justify Affirmative Action. It is not that white males intentionally discriminate. The studies illustrated that when a certain type of person, say a white male, is conducting a job interview, that ppl tend to like ppl the most like themselves. I'm saying that a white male that say has a wife and kids is more likely to hire a white male of the same situation not because he intentionally discriminates but that is human nature also.

Btw #3 applies to all races and gender.

Not true! Just because of all those overly rich CEOs making millions each year are white doesn't mean that the rest of whites get anything. There is even what I call a "reverse discrimination." With all those anti-discrimnation laws, companies are actually discriminating whites just to have an "even percentage" of representation. The whites are the majority. If done mathmatically, giving each race the same percentage of job opportunites, that means the minorities have a great chance than whites.

It only appears that way because anyone who has made anything of themselves who is a visible minority is just assumed to get rich or successful due to illegal behaviour. No one questions how Caucasians get rich.
