Or else the Post Office themselves usually sell them, but they will be more expensive. If you are going to be mailing out alot of DVDs go to an office supply such as Staples or Office Max. Or what ever is in your area and buy them in bulk. Usually you can check and compare prices on line before shopping to make sure you get the best deal.

You can check at walmart ther about i think 97 cents at walgreens or somewhere else its about a dollar or two
