How do you get through the gloomy days of your life?

I cry alone. Beat up a pillow. And if it's raining I go walking. I'll admit I overdo the sorrow. Get as low as I get, without hurting myself. Then the next step is to get back up. At the bottom there's no where else to go but up.
If it was a person that made me feel gloomy, their cut off until I'm ready to talk. If it's a situation, I decide what I can do and do it. If I can't do anything I try to leave it behind. Live without it. I try to ensure the gloom last no more than a day. I waste no more free time on it.
