yes, of course. you should upload it and put alink on your website.
example:
Name of Song

you may use www.megaupload.com, www.tagworld.com , www.filelodge.com , or www.fileden.com

I'm 98% sure it is. I imagine you just upload the song [if the site allows that], put in a link to it and viola. I've not done that but I've put links to just about everytihing else.
