my reason was a bit funny .
i joined yahoo answer when i was looking in the services of yahoo , i didnt even know that there was a soccer category . i was a member in books category and byt mistake one of y questions went in 2006 category .and then i answered a few questions and il oved the category .

I had joined YA in early April in just the general sense. As the WC approached I checked into this category more frequently and then enjoyed hearing and discussing football opinions with others from around the world so much so that it fast became my favorite category and on the whole has remained so.

Well, I may have been on Yahoo! Answers the longest, but I'm not often in the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ category. For the most part, I researched what options were available to watch the games on the Web, and I posted the Answer every time (and there were many) that someone asked the question. So I don't really consider myself a soccer/football fan and don't know that I deserve points for having one answer to many essentially identical questions.

I was on Google, I was searching on Kaka, I saw a link saying who's hotter "kaka or c.ronaldo?", i saw Yahoo Answers and I liked it, and since I was a Yahoo Member, I joined and then I put my first question about Kaka, I went under to put it into a category and then found "FIFA WORLD CUP", after posting the question, I saw the ctegories on the left side and found this forum 1 day before Italy vs. France. It was great.

...i joined Y.answers in April but i was active [cause i thought the whole concept of trading points for Qs & As was silly]
...but when the world cup started and i found a link from the yahoo FIFA WC2006 site to here, i can actually read other ppl's thoughts pre or post a match....and that was it for me

Well I was once searching for pictures of soccer players I saw this thing (Go to Yahoo! Answers!) So I clicked on it and I went to the category which interests me the most, this one!

i joined yahoo answer by my older bro mistake , case he send me the link but he didnt mean yahoo answer link anthoer one , and then i start to answer qustions from friends , theater&acting, phioslphy and movies forums but once a time i saw a question from fifa wc category in the home page about beckham or zidane then i start to answer here and i love this category so much its great .
