It can happen. Be careful, pisces are very sensitive and we Sags (Im a sagittarius too) are not. We are blunt in telling it like it is, pisces cant always handle it. Its not an easy match, sags tend to have little patience for whining.
But...you two can have great, long conversations, the philosopher and the dreamer. Also, pisces are very sensitive to their enviroment, so sags's optimism and positive energy can be good for them.

Yes, there is such a thing as a "soul mate", but they are people who help you grow as a person, and you may have more than one of them if those relationships don't last until one of you dies (and then the other one might find another). Really, people make all this stuff too hard. I know I have, so I am pointing that finger squarely at myself too. Nobody is going to fix you, and you aren't going to fix anybody else, but if you are wise ... you might figure out that in a relationship that integrity, challenge, affection, and flexibility where you allow and encourage each other to grow are essential. On Astrology: how much like the Piscean archtype are you? Because you know that if you believe in Astrology, then your precise birth time is neccessary because your ascendant and house placement might change that all around, right? And then chart progressiions and solar/lunar returns can have your ego in another sign every year and your emotions in another sign every month, and then there's all those transits and composits, and.... You see my point? If you're expecting to find the answer to all of your relationship problems in the horoscope section of your local newspaper, you're more Piscean (with way too much Neptune clouding your thinking) than is good for you. Sadly, you must get out there and do things and meet people, put your ego and emotions on the line, get your heart broken and break a few hearts all while carefully examining what went right or wrong before you are even capable of being the kind of person who deserves a life-long love. Unless, of course, you are a natural. Good luck.

Imaginative Pisces and adventurous Sagittarius are both signs that are ruled by Jupiter, the expansive planet of dreams and broad horizons. Sagittarius, a Fire sign, expresses the philosophical and travel-oriented side of Jupiter, rolling readily from one escapade to the next, while Pisces, a Water sign, is inclined to be inward-looking, expressing the deeper, more spiritual side of this marvellous planetary power. Pisces is drawn to your marvellous Sagittarian life-force, while you are attracted to that lovely Piscean spirituality.

Sagittarius and Pisces are both mutable signs, so you approach the relationship as equals, with neither of you attempting to control or dominate the other, as you set about changing the world to suit your vision. Pisces is inclined to try save the world through loving service, especially through such down-to-earth methods as recycling, standing up for the downtrodden, or environmentalism. You, on the other hand, prefer to broaden your horizons through cultural pursuits, travel and academic achievement.

The mutable signs (Sagittarius, Virgo, Pisces and Gemini) are very outgoing, sociable and flirtatious, but generally like to have someone stronger to fall back on in a crisis of confidence, which will arise from time to time. Pisces loves to aid you with your work and you in turn can help your dreamy Fish turn vague ideas into realities. The way that you can each supply what the other lacks is the mainstay of the relationship, but since you both love to travel, this can add a dimension of mutual interest to the mix that is very satisfying.

Sexually, the mix of fire and water gives a steamy atmosphere, and there is no more loyal and caring lover than a Piscean. This said, the need of the Fishes for emotional and sensual reassurance can lead to emotionally destabilising flirtations and dalliances. Since you well understand the need for sexual variety, you can forgive these fishy indiscretions and will barely give it a second's thought as you focus on your next big project. The problem is that emotional Pisces is looking for more than sex for its own sake, while the restless Archer is quite at home with the idea. When it comes down to it, Sagittarius needs a pal and Pisces needs a dream lover -- and it's hard for these two goals to be easily resolved. Ideally you'll find a cause in which you both believe and this will give you a port to turn to when the inevitable storms blow in. This is a good match, but needs some external support to save it from dissolving.

Sagittarius & Pisces

When Sagittarius and Pisces join together in a love match, a relationship of realized dreams is formed. Sagittarius is more of a thinker and philosophizer, easily drifting around from one pursuit to the next. Pisces is more inward, involved in the shifting of their own mindscape. They are opposites in some respects, and to outsiders may seem an unlikely pair. But as their love for one another grows, they are more likely to be able to satisfy the philosophical cravings of the other and maintain a healthy relationship.

Sagittarius is outgoing and versatile, and in a relationship with Pisces often comes to the defense of their gentler partner. Pisces, in turn, gives Sagittarius subtle understanding and a place to escape from their tireless endeavors. Pisces is a Sign that, like Water, adapts easily to its surroundings; Pisces tends to focus much energy on understanding and sympathizing with their partner. They are often more patient with Sagittarius's aloofness than other Signs. Sagittarius's active pursuit of knowledge combines with Pisces's gentle compassion towards others to give both partners a self-awareness that doesn't pass into egocentricity and isn't overly accommodating, such as Pisces alone may be.

Sagittarius and Pisces are both ruled by the Planet Jupiter. Pisces is also ruled by Neptune. Jupiter brings exploration and outreach to both Signs. Pisces is concerned with this aspect in an abstract sense; they often find themselves trying to save the world (perhaps in the form of recycling or environmentalism). Sagittarius, on the other hand, prefers to broaden their horizons through academics. Neptune is about big pictures, ideas and illusions; but it's also involved with disillusion and fantasy. Sagittarius can help Pisces plant its feet on the ground. Jupiter works through Pisces to put a gentler touch on Sagittarius's occasional hotheaded outbursts.

Sagittarius is a Fire Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. These two elements can form a great couple if they give in a little, using innate understanding of situations and people to get matters resolved. Pisces can offer Sagittarius direction and help them learn to be gentler, while Sagittarius teaches Pisces to go out and explore the world. This couple will enjoy traveling together. Pisces can be emotionally draining for the Archer at times, too much Water dampening Sagittarius's fiery spirit. Conversely, too much Fire can boil the Water and leave Pisces steaming. Sagittarius and Pisces must use their perceptive skills to enhance the relationship, always focusing on what the other needs.

Sagittarius and Pisces are both Mutable Signs. Neither partner feels a need to dominate the relationship. They enjoy equality and like to see their ideas come to fruition. Pisces gets great happiness from helping Sagittarius. Sagittarius and Pisces enjoy dreaming up ideas and putting them into action. No one is preoccupied with end results; for this couple, the fun is in the journey! A lack of conflict over roles helps Sagittarius and Pisces work toward the same goals with great success.

What's the best aspect of the Sagittarius-Pisces relationship? It's that they can benefit from one another's wisdom and at the same time get along so well together. Pisces shows Sagittarius how to empathize and care; Sagittarius teaches Pisces how to turn fantasy into reality! The ability of each to provide what the other lacks makes theirs a truly reciprocal relationship.

Well lets look at this shall we, you are a Fire sign, she is the wettest of the Water signs. What does Water do to fire?. Water and fire is a bad match.
The most emotive and problematic pairing is when an Archer lines up a Fishy female in his sights. His escapades, hurtful honesty and astounding allure could all combine to drive her to drink. (Not a good idea for a Piscean, who really will drink like a fish!) She'll know exactly what she wants from the affair, but will find it hard to hold on to her hero, who'll always be rushing hither and thither in his search for excitement, with scarcely a thought for how she feels. It'll be a viciously volatile relationship, and all sorts of escapist elements could be introduced to make up for what this liaison lacks.

I am a Sagittarius gal who love(d) a Pisces guy. The one thing I think that broke us up was his Pisces secretiveness. Sags tell it like it is and are up front about everything, almost to a fault. We did have wonderful times. He took me to the theater and to the beach and it was wonderful. Other common ground was good sense of humor and willingness to do things on the spur of the moment. It can work out if you work on it. Good luck.
