I'm 15 and wear a 34c bra, and i'm in need for more support for running. Someone said to wear 2 sports bras, does that really work?

Yes. I'm also 15. A wear a 34b, but the extra support I get when wearing 2 bras is really better. It's harmless and much more comfortable. Plus I do it all the time. Good luck with the running! Never stop!

I am a 34 DD, I wear 2 Nike athletic sport bras at the gym it makes me flat as a board

It does work, but I think itz best to just get 1 really good sports bra. For now tho, u can use 2.

It can, but it is very uncomfortable. If you get a really good Nike, Champion, Enell sport bra, you should only need to wear one of them.
