do a search of universities in the state you want to move to. Then ask them what it will take to get credits transferred. Maybe they can help you with housing too. you could also go to University of Phoenix, you can get a MBA there, it is all done online,and they have lots of experience working with people overseas. Then you can stay in india if you want, or you can mover to The USA, and live anywhere, cuz you go to school online!

Take a class in basic English in school and go from there.
