I learn from physics that microwave cooks by vibrating water molecules.

How about food with no water content?

Not very well. Biscuits need time to rise while they cook. With a microwave you just get hot biscuit dough.

Biscuits are made by a batter and the batter does contain water.

i never heard of a microwave doing it but a microven could thats like a toaster oven

they can not cook biscuits..they will become hard little rocks..
