It's Simple...Give flow to your thoughts.
Excercise 1: Take a Blank Sheet and write whatever comes to your mind.

Excercise 2: Again Take a Blank Sheet Now write related to one topic. This has to be done next to excercise one, and after reading the sheet you have written first. Take one idea from that sheet and then write about it.

Excercise 3: Read aloud what you have written. Comment on it in writing and improve what you have written.

Note: Don't hesitate to write. Write at any speed you like. But at last step give time. Repeat weekly these excercises and go to blog sites if you like to type something.

You have to do following things when you are free:
1. Read whatever things you get atleast give a glance.
2. Write the things you like most whenever you are free.

I'm not good in writing myself but one thing for sure that could really help you a lot is...first and foremost ...improve first your reading skills to broaden your ideas and perspective. If you have stored a lot of ideas and knowledge then your writing skills will just flow out smoothly...and don't also forget...that it must be coupled with a strong gut and determination. You can make it...just give it a try. Good luck!
