Actually, yes.
Until you get to junior high.
Then you wear real bras.
Anyone who tells you otherwise is just trying to make something so simple very complicated.

No, that is however it's most important function. As your breasts start to develop your nipples can become extremely sensitive. Having a lit weight, close fitting bra will prevent your cloths from rubbing against them. A training bra also provides some support for your growing breasts, but the support is secondary to nipple protection. As your breasts continue to grow, into an 'A', 'B', 'C' or larger cup, you will switch from a training bra into a regular, more supportive bra. By this time, you are accustom to the fabric pushing against your nipples and should not be bothered by a regular bra, or even going braless on occasion.

No. It's designed to train young girls into the feeling of what a "real bra" would feel like.

no it is to train young girls to wear a bra and feel comfotable about wearing one.
you will find most training bras are not as "sexy" as bigger bras.
There is no reason to make a teenage girls training bra "sexy".
Training bra's help younger girls to ease into pubery alot better, and offer support for their growing breasts.
