What do you do after u just downloaded a torrent and its socom fireteam bravo?

There two file size that I found on the internet and i'm really sleepy right, but anyway i need help with the file LIke(Socom US Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo 2 [USA] [UMDFull] [www.EstrenosPSP.com].rar) What do i name the file or did i waste my time? It was 516MB, but there was a 987.7MB one too.

UnRaR the rar and see what's inside. You may have to mount the disc image onto a virtual drive, or burn it to a disc.
