I thought pretty much everything tied together without many contradictions - expect for that scene on Coruscant with and X wing and Tie Fighter

only thing - doesnt it seem like R2 and 3PO should know more than they do - like shouldnt they already know Yoda and Obi Wan

R2 and C3PO had their memories erased at the end of Episode 3. Not many loose ends. If I think of any I will post them later. I will have to think about this one for awhile. I don't remember any loose ends. How about Chewbacca knowing Yoda? He helped Yoda in Revenge of the Sith but when Hon Solo says to Obi Won that he doesn't believe in that hokey religion Chewy doesn't say a word, he just keeps on playing the digital board game with R2D2.

The biggest inconsistence I believe was in Episode V : The Empire Strikes Back, when Luke learns from YODA in the ways of the jedi. Yoda sends him to the swamp area and there was a Darth Vader lookalike, Luke beheads this Vader to reveal his own face within the helmet. Now that was never told or explained in any way. Was Yoda using his force to create an illusion ? if he was well that was never shown in any of the previous episodes, if that was a Clone of Luke Skywalker then even that was never told. That was a major hickup in the Storyline. I was hoping Lucas might shed some light on the subject on the Prequels, unfortunately no. Dissapointed !... MOST DISSAPOINTED !

I watched all the movies over last weekend. There were a few things that seemed stupid to me but not because of gaps in the story line.
I was amazed all over again at the wonderful effects done in the early '80s. I enjoyed all the movies, especially the prequels since I hadn't seem them before.
