Drink a whole lot of soda first, hold it as long as possible and pee on him. Maximum force, and aiming for the eyes if I can get up enough pressure. I'd need to practice, but I bet it can be done!
Claim mental illness and say I thought he was a urinal, and I really, really had to pee. The look on his face would make the jail time woth it.
Secret service beware: this plot is a joke. If you bug my computer, I will trace your address and send you lots of moronic emails until you go away.
