i havent slept much this week and now its friigin 2:15 in the mornign and imagonna pass out when my head hits the pillow

No, because to much things to think about doing. I have to take my 8 year old nephew to his soccer game his tournament the last game. I have a birthday party for my niece tomorrow at McDonald's, she'll be 2 and I have to pick up my mom tomorrow morning at Pay less Shoes. To busy for sleeping like a log.

I havent slept so good either. my man is out of town and I cant sleep to well when he's gone, (I go to bed about 2 or 3am) but to help get myself back on track I force myself to stay awake at about 9am and DONT GO TO SLEEP. Masterbation helps too.
Read the bible that might help you get heavy sleepy.
