What makes the fillipine Gov't corrupt? As I've heard and. Do you know any laws or a website i can obtain the laws of the Filipines?

it's the officials which makes their government corrupt.

the Philippine government, they say, is corrupt because of the previous allegations of our former president, Joseph Estrada. He stole money off of ours and he is now on house arrest. After that event, many disbelieve in the control of our president, Gloria Arroyo, and also for the reason that 40 % of our fellow filipinos are BELOW poverty line, in average more than 2 million Filipinos are below the poverty line.
Our country has at least 1 million children in the street begging for food and money. They entitle their lives to crime so our country is having a hard time. We are the friendliest country but we have the highest poverty percentage. We can't stand alone and that's why we needed the help of other countries. I'm not saying our government is bad but the way people are easily tempted by greed. Just remember, not all filipinos are bad.

Laws of the Philippines are meant to be broken if you got enough money to bribe the police or the courts or even government members. Bribery is a way of life over in philippines

Philippine govt. is not the only corrupted, every government in this planet, there is always an skeleton to hide. Only Filipino

Greed makes them corrupt. They want more than what they're entitled to. Reason why stuffs takes time, you need to grease 'em to speed things up.
