im writing a story about a weird circus and i need some ideas. what your take on it? i will use every idea that is given here. but all i ask that there is no aliens please. thanx in advance

Any circuses involving animals are heartbreaking.
They are so cruel to those animals, as they keep them in cages, often do not feed or clean them very well, and literally beat them if they do not perform as expected (they also beat them in the process of training them to do tricks in order to get the animals to cooperate).
Cirque De Solei and the like are different, since those just involve humans performing, acrobats, etc., but circuses with animals? NO WAY for this girl!

I think the circus is a place where terrible mailmen train crazy disgruntled bears to juggle chainsaws, and the worst part of it is that the ringleader if you will kicks zebras in the teeth on the weekends and eats toasters for a living!!!

the animals often turn on their trainers because they are basically kept in slavery and in cruel conditions. i think circuses are fine as long as there aren't any animals involved.
although one of my profs said he used to work for a circus, but he quit when he found out that the circus clowns would fondle the children when the parents weren't looking. i think the circus name was coleman and beatty or something like that.

i love the circus as long as you keep the damn clowns away from me, i think clowns are serial killers who use the circus as a means to find victims randomly and keep the police from linking the crimes, by the time the bodies are discovered there's no way to link them to the circus. plus even if you had a wanted poster you'd never recognize them with all the paint.

Money hungry Ring Leader and don't forget the bearded lady, but maybe she could be hot in all aspects except for her unfortunate beard vs. being fat and obnoxious like they are usually portrayed.
