I am sending a letter to an army post office address, what is the stamp value I need to affix? Thx

For a standard letter, you will only need a first class stamp. There is no difference from sending to an APO than sending to say New York.

If you ever need to send a package, you will need a small customs form on the package (the PO has them and knows what to do with them). The pricing should not be different but keep in mind that Priority Mail is the fastest way for APO packages. All other methods can take awhile as they go on a space available basis.
