Christmas is my favorite holiday and I'm so darn anxious for it, I can't wait for December, so I start decorating the day after Thanksgiving. :)

Thanksgiving week we put it up - bare. Thanksgiving day we add all the gold/red fruit ornaments for the harvest and clear snowflakes to welcome winter.
The first weekend of December we add the rest of the colorful and fun ornaments for the beginning of "Celebrating Jesus' Birthday" month. We have a Birthday cake on Christmas Day & sing Happy Birthday to Jesus and we remind each other that our lives are a gift from God that we give back to him by living to be a blessing, to be joyful, to be thankful and to serve others.

First or second week of December. Depends on when we get a free weekend. It all goes up in a weekend to make it easier.
