As best I can tell, no Moby song has ever been used for a Windows commercial - or any other Microsoft commercial, for that matter.

Moby's song “God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters” was featured in an Apple/Intel commercial at the beginning of this year. Perhaps that's the one you're thinking of.
