it was quite good before, but now its too slow.. can i increase the speed of my computer without replacing the old RAM?? any possible ways to increasr the speed..??

there are many reasons that can cuase your coputer slower than before:
-Using alot of programs(Games, Design sofware...)
-Virus (Trojan horse and the other viruses...)
In this case you need to set up programm that u can trust like : Avast , Kasper sky etc.

Scan your PC for spyware. Spyware will slow it down.All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.

ensure this:
1. get rid of scrap files, empty ur recycle bin
2. uninstall unnecessary unused softwares from control panel---add/remove prpgrams
2. scan ur computer and get rid of viruses,if there is any
3. start up---accessories----systm tools----disk cleanup----disk defragmentation
follow this regularly

get 1gb ram and get the processor checked by an engineer see if its a genuine intel processor

check for virus in ur computer.
then check whether u have more than one OS installed in ur computer b'cause this may also decrease the speed of ur computer.

needs to be cleaned of junk that accumulates- run Disc cleanup and then disk defragmenter in C: accessories/system tools
