Depends onf which version of Goliath you are refereing to. If you mean the classic Henry Pym goliath...then it would be him...al he would ahve to do is invent some device to negate her powers, either that or switch to his ant-man persona, crawel into her inner hear and offset her balance enough to knock her down, the quickly leave her body, return to giant size while standing on her throat and render her unconscious.
If you mean Goliath during the brief period that Hawkeye took over the role or the later Black Goliath (also called simply Goliath or on some occasions Giant-Man) then most likely it could go either way.

Giganta...? The fifty foot woman from FemForce...? She would trip Goliath and beat him to the floor. He'd grow, after seeing her! I think they would engage in a 'wrasslin match' that would have no clear cut victor, but from which both would emerge feeling that they 'won'.
If they HAVE to fight, I pick Goliath (Hank Pym.) More experience, plus he's used to hitting women.

maybe i'm thinking of the wrong giganta, but isnt she like 3 times bigger than goliath? giganta would step on him...

Giganta(?) could easily win by destroying Goliath during the day, when he's a statue. That's how I would do it, anyway.
