sometims coaches are just assholes and only let thier favorites play, so if your not sucking him off then your not going to play.... but just try your hardest in practice and hustle all the time after loose balls, dive, dont be afraid to get scrapped up, and do the same with the little amount of playing time you may recive. and maybe if you show the coach your dedicated you might see yourself getting more time.

Unfortunately, sometimes play time has nothing to do with your worthiness, but with the connections of the other players on your team. We went through this one year when my grandson played football and the coaches were all buds. They played their kids and their kids friends and the other kids sat on the sideline. An honest talk with your coach about what you need to do to qualify to play may be helpful, but at least you have my empathy.
BTW, that year they lost the most games in the league. The next year, my grandson played and they were undefeated and won our local "Super Bowl". There had been a change in the coaching staff and the bench sitters, from the previous year, were playing. That is the best kind of vindication.

Gonna have to change your game, I think.
Maybe being more of a team player, setting up others with an assist -- cheering others with some enthusiasm.
It's not all skills, it's a team game. Maybe the coach will notice you then!

Make sure you're the first to practice and the last to leave. Go to extra clinics. Develop good fundamentals especially in defense, rebounding and screening. Show that when you are in the game you can get the ball yourself.

First, go all out in practice. Second assess the talent and chemistry on your team and try and develop a skill that your team needs. For example if you want to play point guard but your current point guard can't shoot well, then you want to practice shooting jump shots, etc. Hope this helps...

They may wind up on the injured reserve list trying to prove themselves. Be prepared to play.

practice like a mofo....more than the other girls....and if she's still acting like a B**** then its probably personal....take it to the upper staff
But iof she's not, then ask her why...she'll let you know straight up why you're not getting any play time....then you have to work hard to show to her that you do deserve a chance to play.
