To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I will tell you honestly.... "Stop trying" by that I mean when you have intimate relations with your fiance dont think of it as "baby making" and also are you taking prenatal vitamins yet?? My doctor suggessted that I start taking prenatal vitamins about 4-6 months before we start trying to have a baby..... I started taking "one source" prenatals that you can get at walmart really good they have lots and lots of vitamins in them..... September was 6months I had been on the vitamins and we had already said that starting in september we would not use protection and well it didnt take long im 8 weeks pregnant now!!!!! But seriously I didnt mean for that first comment to sound roude or anything at all just saying that many people I come across have said that when they were "trying" it just wasnt happening but when they stopped thinking of it as babymaking it happenned right away... All these other comments about weight and what not I dont agree with because i am a 300lb women and my doctor gave me the go ahead to have a baby and like i said it didnt take long at all... The prenatals will probably do it because those make you "fertile"
Good luck to you and I hope this helps ya!!!!!!

My doc told me that couples under 30 can take up to a year then should seek treatment for testing. You only have a 25% of getting pregnant each cycle. Plus you have to get the timing just right. It can be a difficult thing. It took my hubby and I, 3 years so hang in there....it'll happen when the time is right.

Prenatal vit, folic acid pill daily, caffeine to one can/ cup a tea, eat good, drink half your weight in water, all help. Sex should be every other day from day 10 to day 16 of your cycle. this way it increases the volume and quality of little swimmers....

~I would wait until marriage~ The child deserves a real family.

stop thinking about it! its worst. It will happen. But if I was you, I would have a check - up and for sure you need some vitamins. Everyone takes vitamins when trying to conceive and when pregnant. Make sure they are recommended by your doctor and not over the counter. Because everyone is different. Good luck

you could try charting your cycles to find out when you are most fertile and be sure you are having sex at the right times. there are a bunch of on line websites dedicated to charting... one is www.fertilityfriend.com. these sites also have some suggestions of things to try. have you been checked over by your doc? its probably a good idea to go in and have a check up to rule out any problem. you could discuss there problems with your doc and they will also have suggestions or could prescribe drugs if need be, or if you check out they may suggest your fiance go get checked out to be sure he has an adequate sperm count. good luck hope it works out for you.... also try not to stressabout it some times it just takes a while for no reason... i know a couple that quit trying, worrying about thinking about it after trying hard for 6 monnthsit and boom that's when it happened.

Wow, don't you wish people wold stop worrying about why you are trying and aren't married? Wish they'd shut-up already. Atleast you're engaged right? Anyway, some of the people before me did have some good ideas. Take prenatal vitamins if you're not already, and try (it's hard for me ) to not think about making a baby. Good luck and I hope it happens for you!
