The screen is blown out to about 4 times the size it should be how can i bring it back to normal size again

right click porperties and select setting there change your resolution

Goto Control Panel, click Display Properties, select the resolution 1024 x 768, 32 bit colours.Click on Advance and select 75Hz as the refiresh rate. Select OK. In addition, use the buttons on the monitor to adjust the screen layout.

Try these:
1. Increase your resolution.
2. Goto the Appearance Tab of Display properties if you have trouble with icon sizes and window caption font sizes

go to display properties ,go to settings ideally settings should 16bit medium and resolution should be 800 x600 pixels
