I wanna be a Singer!!!?

I wanna be a singer, but i am too shy, I know I can sing, How do i get started and break into the industry?????

It's always a pleasure if we can sing right !! Our voice is really a gift that God give to us, so we have to tell to the world about our voice.
This is my opinion to get started. There are many ways for you to be a singer, but there are also many things that so hard to face to be a well known singer. But we just have to try hard to get what we want.
1. One thing that you should do is picking your music that really match to your voice, of course for this you have to ask more people, if you can, you can ask the skilled musician as many as you can, or you can ask a teacher of your music class. Remember your voice is you, so make your voice as special as you can.
2. To be a singer you can get a music class, join some choir or join a band, so many way to do it.
3. You can check at your place, are there any party or shows or some talent agents you can enter to be a singer, this is not easy, you must be have strong effort to do this.
4. You can join some publicity at the tv or radio, radio is he best way to introduce yourself. Example join the american idol or some stuff like that.

That's all my opinions, hope it's useful for you.
And you no need to be shy, your shy will be erased when you know that you are really a great singer. Just do it step by step.

When I get older I want to be a singer too,and I'm shy also.Try to sing in front of your friends and family to overcome the shyness.How to break into the industry I guess look for any auditions,or if you get desperate get on the street and sing I'm sure you will get noticed by someone.Good luck.

Try going to a voice studio, they will teach you how not to be shy and how to get started in the industry. I could give you a place to go, but it would no do any good unless you live in the city of Chicago.

Singing teachers will cost money and can be expensive so they're not for everyone. Singing can be learned so it's not an "either you have it or you don't" kind of thing.

I would suggest you try as a back up singer--takes the limelight off of you. My cousin's husband went to Vegas and got quite a few gigs there. He eventually saw the light and got a real job though. But he wasn't that great to begin with. I wish you luck.

i think that you should start going to some sexy jazz dance lessons with other people....i go to a class and now i am soo totally not shy anymore and now i can dance well too! its like a bonus, you learn how to dance for live shows when you have a chance! try it!!

if you are shy they simply wont waste their time with you unless you have a totally fantastic voice, singers are a dime a dozen, stars are far more rare.
