what should i do? There are no viruses and i deleted my cookies. What can i do next..THX in advance!...

restart in safe mode and use antispyware to scan...the antispywares work better when in safe mode...whilst in safe mode go to control panel-folder options-view...and deselect hide hidden folders...this will show u all the hidden files...but dont do anything until scan is finished...after an infection is found,quarantine...and delete evry file there is in your comps temp folder...also run %temp% and delete those files too...now restart and see if everything alright,try this antispyware...

Hmm.... if you mean to say that your computer does not respond to commands, try CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up the task manager. Select the name of the program whih has "Not Responding" written next to it in brackets and click "End Program". Alternatively, you may wait for say 5mins. and see if the program is busy or has hung up. In the latter case, Kill it using CTRL+ALT+DEL. If nothing happens, then reboot. Remember by rebooting you'll loose any unsaved changes made to documents,images, spreadsheets etc. that were open at the time.

You might want to try restarting your computer or getting somebody to repair it.

reeboot,deleate tempo files,try to defragment,
if problem persists contact again with full symptoms.I'll help as far as i can.
