For purchasing residential, residential income, mobile or manufactured homes, raw land, go to www.realtor.com. For commercial, www.loopnet.com.

If you are thinking about selling, go to a reputable realtor and get an market evaluation. The realtor.com and others like them tell you what people are ASKING, not GETTING. Big difference these days!

Considering that the PURPOSE of real estate websites is to capture the client, (it has nothing to do with actually selling your house or helping you find what you want to buy) I guess the best in Arizona would be the one that's making that agent the most money!
