Yeah, I do it all the time while my husband is driving, that way I can focus my attention on the other person and not have to worry about running someone over.

No, but I have been known to scream and yell at them and even give them the finger when they are paying more attention to their stupid cell phones than they are the road. Nothing tees me off like some idiot on a cell phone trying to drive, running stop signs and looking at you like you're the idiot!!! GRRRRRR
