Here are some tips -
1- Imagine them all naked (I don't know why people give this one out - and here I am repeating it).
2- Take a deep breath and count to three - then start speaking
3- Talk slowly. Even though you might be scared - people in the audience won't know it.
4- If you are using a power point presentation - do not and I repeat this for emphasis - do not read the slides word for word. It bores people.
5- find a couple of quotes that relate to your topic or perhaps some humorous note (something by Mark Twain or something). Find some quote that you think might be funny that you can turn and associate to the topic of your presentation.
6- Repeat - breath deeply, count to three, then speak. If people as questions - let them finish the question, take a deep breath, count to three and give the answer.

Remember that everyone has experienced stage fright at some point. It is OK to be nervous. Just imagine that it is only one person you are giving the presentation to and that the rest are just clones.

It's slightly bizarre, but I once had a teacher make this comment: "Do you really think that they care that much about you?"

Sure everyone is watching you, but only a jerk is sitting there waiting for you to mess up. And do you really care what that person thinks? Take a deep breath and exhale (the exhale part is important). Find someone who will be in the audience and who is willing to work with you in advance and will be supportive. If you start to freak out then just look at that person and exhale.

Take your time to gather your thoughts during the presentation. You don't have to race through it.

Personally, I tend to ramble and interject lots of ers, yeahs, and uhs when I speak. Index cards work wonders to help you keep your place in your presentation and prevent your from mumbling.

Everyone gets nervous in some setting. I sing, and by the end of high school I had completely conquered my stage fright. I could stand in front of a large group of people and be perfectly comfortable. Then, when I got to college and had to sing in front of my fellow music majors my nerves came back. The first time I sang in class I had to literally put my hand on my leg because my leg wouldn't stop shaking. But the next time it wasn't quite as bad, and the time after that it was a little easier. Keep it up and eventually you will find the stage fright management technique that works best for you.

Good luck!

Stage fright is a hard thing to get rid of. The main thing you have to do is take a deep breath before presenting your project, and don't worry about what they'll think of you. Just keep telling yourself that you'll do fine, and that you know the material. You could also try and imagine that the one's watching are your friends. I've always had stage fright, and yet I've always given the best performances, and you can too. Believe in yourself, and don't worry about it. I know you can do it!

You can only confront your fears, in order to get rid of anything!

If you had a little more time I would suggest talking to a crowds of people until it becomes routine!

Since, you have until tomorrow and it's in front of your class, you'll have to go to plan "B"!

When ever you have to talk to a group of people it would help if you looked at the rear wall, scan the wall back and forth and no one is going to know any better!

Also you can pretend, that everyone in the audience forgot to put on their pants, don't look anyone in the eyes!

Do anything that will lesson the feeling, that makes you scared of public speaking!

Believe it or not, Sir Lawrence Olivier, got stage fright late in his career (1970s-80s).

During this period Olivier was suddenly and inexplicably stricken with a severe case of stage fright. Even after overcoming this debility, he insisted upon “shielding” himself from the audience by retreating further into character roles, donning elaborate makeups, and adopting thick foreign accents as a form of self-protection.

The critics, being so clued in on what was going on, praised Olivier's stranger and stranger symptoms of his stage fright as being on the cutting edge of acting.

when you performs, you should not been thinking that people are seeking for your mistakes. actually people will believe everything that comes between your lips. so be confident in yourself. this doesnt mean that you need to lie.

be prepared, make some notes. q cards or anything. if you afraid, just channel your frighten to your q card(squeeze it or hold it hard). look to the audience that's not looking at you. dont make eye contact, this will make you nervous(unless you can handle it), but dont look down. as long as you dont look down, people will think that you are confidence with yourself.

hope you can present your project tomorrow perfectly, after strive so hard, dont spoil it...

good luck

while i became in extreme college I used to alter into frightened be for I finished. I did musicals and that i became no longer lots of an actor, yet all human beings instructed me I had an incredible voice. So i'd pass up and do my traces and then pass into my songs and permit my frightened power feed my overall performance. i found that I grew to alter into greater mushy the greater cases i became on degree, and the exhilaration is like no longer the rest in the international. have confidence me I even have executed skydiving, mountain mountain climbing, white water rafting, repelling, and none of those can evaluate to the exhilaration of happening degree and performing. no rely if I nonetheless I did stable or undesirable i'd continuously get carry of enhances from contributors of the objective audience. one difficulty that I did discover is that i'd desire to never get rid of the sensation of degree fright, yet i'd desire to administration it. as long as you do no longer permit the sensation overtake you and administration then you definitely each and every thing would be high quality. comprehend that quicker or later and time which you will decrease to rubble and the superb difficulty is that the objective audience will never comprehend in case you disguise it and shop going. It seems such as you will desire to loosen up on your self (much less confusing suggested than executed) and only only verify you practice. there will be cases which you will no longer in effortless terms like the variety you finished, yet you will desire to ask your self who're you performing for? The objective audience, or your self. while you're doing it for your self then why hassle acting on degree.

When I give a presentation front of people, I like to look at the top of people's heads and toward the back of the room. It helps me to focus...hopes it helps you too.

Just tell yourself they want to hear you. They came to learn what you have to say. You being there is integral to them completing their objective. And no one can present the material any better than you can. You are prepared on this topic better than anyone. You must speak. The more you tell yourself how great you are, the less you will think you are in over your head. I hope I helped.
