there r plenty of sites that have things that say that it can teach u chords, but to be honest i have not found one site that is good for that. i am a guitar and bass player and the best thing to do if u want to learn chords is just go to ur nearest music store and ask for a beginning-intermediate guitar book of chords and that is much easier than any internet site because no one knows what they r talking about on any of those sites
