The problem with questions like this is that no matter how objectively you answer it will be offensive to somone..
My view on this subject is that the western world has been evolving along it's current lines for about 1000 years whereas Africans were still hunter ,gatherers until much later so still have not evolved the intellect required to deal with the complexities to run an economy ,hence much starvation and civil war in Africa and no starvation in Europe and N America .
Black people living in the west seem to struggle with academic school work far more than there white counterparts.Obviously this is a generalization and not every white kid finds school easy or black kid struggles ,but statically what I say bears out to be true.

Where black people do well is in the field of sports which requires a lot of physical attributes but less mental ability ,whereas most of the worlds leaders in Astro- physics ,doctors ,and designers are white which again lends to the idea that while white peoples ancestors were living in European societies similar to todays if less technologically advanced discussing the likes of Voltaire and Newton ,black peoples ancestors were still living the life of hunter gatherers .

Because whites are rascist and blacks tend to get lower paying jobs with more hard work, leading to greater physical fitness. Their children score poorly on the tests due to malnutrition caused by trying to feed children on minimum wage and lack of access to the same schools as rich whites. I bet there is a similar trend among all poor people.
