I think the Democrats would be pretty foolish to put Hillary on the ticket. Like Bob Dole in 1996, she appeals ONLY to her solid base, and nobody outside of that set would vote for her. She doesn't have the assets of her husband. Bill is a creative thinker, she is a rote thinker. Beyond the charm, Bill can actually talk policy details and policy theory. Hillary can only speak in platitudes (e.g. - "Our children are our future..."). Despite his ambition, Bill comes across as a likeable guy, she comes across as a power-grubbing witch. Bill seems real, she seems contrived (for instance, the "right" turns she has taken in the Senate). Her "concern" and "caring" seem false. For example, several years ago when asked how small businesses would be able to afford "Hillary-Care," she snapped, "I can't be responsible for every under-capitalized business in this country!" Many snipes such as this will come back to haunt her. Up to this point, she has never been a national candidate and hasn't had any obligation to explain her role in any scandals. I'm sure she will have to be forthcoming about how she managed to defy laws of economics, mathematics and the Securities Exchange Commission by trading in cattle futures (and that's just for starters). Assuming Republican results were tainted by scandal this season, Democrats would be wise to put someone else in the general election.

I'd love to see Hillary run!!! She's gaining more popularity by the month if you look at political analysis and polls. My vote would go towards Obama though!!!

Thanks for the nightmare.

I'm a proud card-carrying member of the "Vast Right Winged Conspiracy."

I kind of like Bill Frist, from Tennessee.
