Why is the majority of running backs in the NFL black?

Why is the majority of QB's and kickers white? ....have you ever seen a black kicker in the NFL?

I am not racist at all....just a honest question....and why do you see more white QB's and kickers....have you ever seen a black kicker?

Man, You actually asked several questions. Speed, agility, and, athleticism has something to do with mostly black NFL Running Backs, and, Wide Recievers, and defensive backs. All of the positions rely on mobility......speed, quickness, and, athleticism. Name your top 10 rb's, your top 10 wr's, your top 10 cb's, or, even your top 10 players period, past or present. The overwhelming majority are most likely black. Look at the stat leaders, again, past or present---matters not, unless, you are looking at the QB position. In the case of QB, society dictated the thought that a black person lacked the intelligence to be a leader, but, if you really examine the numbers, you'll see that guys like Randall Cunningham and Warren Moon were just as good, if not better than whomever they opposed when they played. The quarterback issue has been a slow changing process, much like the coaching issue in the NFL. I have seen a few black punters/ kickers, in the league. The most natoable being Reggie Roby. He was a full-time punter. Reggie Roby, was a longtime punter for the Miami Dolphins, when they were worth watching.

Most running backs are black because they tend to be quicker and be able to change directions faster than white people. I'm not racist, but someone told me that some black people had extra cartilage in their ankles or something like that, that makes them faster. I don't know, but it seems to me that black people have an uncanny ability to build really lean quick twitch muscle fiber. I don't know why kickers are white.

That's a good question. Being black and fairly unathletic, I would have to say that many blacks are from lower socioeconomic levels and they believe that the only way for them to succeed is to "play ball". so they work harder than others. But if you look at working class whites, they also excel in sports. So i think it has more to do with economics than actual physical ability. Take Michael Jordan, he sucked at basketball when he started, but his father told him to practice and be committed, and look where it got him. And now I laugh everytime I hear some idiot sportscaster speak of how much "natural talent" MJ has. No it was work ethic.

but really, just open up your eyes. ever notice how tons of black men are skinny and have big muscles and white guys don't? it's simple genetics, the same reason why some people are athletic, some are overweight and some are skinny nerds. scientists even found there's a gene that influences whether you like to work out or not. it's obvious that different races have different genes... i mean, obviously in china, people are short, right? so if genes can affect height, how the hell could they not affect muscles or speed? simple genetics.

Black people simply have more natural athleticism than white players... Rhythm and all!!! They can juke and cortort their bodies the way white people can't... One motion moves like kicking and throwing a ball are right up white people's alley... Thats why you see so many in baseball and golf... Don't worry... give it time... Once black athletes realize you can get paid for just kicking a ball... You'll see plenty in the NFL!!!

for the same reason the majority of accountants, engineers, etc are white...if a person is unable or unwilling to get an education, either concentrate on sports or turn to crime.
